Abused animals are given supernatural rage to take revenge on their captors, a scene from a C.S Lewis Book titled, "That Hideous Strength."

These tree paintings stand 7 feet tall and were done on-site with a big easel I built to raise and lower the painting.  I was drawn to the towering presence of certain trees, standing like great guardians in the landscape, rippling with energy, space and light.
